Club Fun Ho!

The Club was started in 1969 by a group of 6 like-minded collectors. Over the years a number of "Code 2" and "Code 3" collector's models have been produced to commemorate Club events and/or local businesses that have supported Club activities. The following list covers those "Code 3" models that were based on the Fun Ho! range of miniature vehicles. Fun Ho! toys were used as they were a New Zealand built model and relatively cheap and easy to acquire, unlike some of the other models manufactured outside of New Zealand.

All of the models depicted here were produced by Mr. Eric Brockie, a founding member and the Club's First President. This list will be expanded once we have a full list of the models produced. We also hope to include a photograph of each model.

The commemorative models were based on Fun Ho! models in either the distinctive red, white and yellow cellophane window box or on the alternative issue yellow "Mighty Mover' blister pack. In the latter case the blister pack was cut open along the base, the decal/labels applied and the model replaced in the pack. The pack was then sealed using tape on the bottom surface. The decals were produced from Lettraset characters.
